Senior Pastor Derek Greenhalgh

Biography Pastor Derek met his beautiful bride Nicholle on a Church College ministry retreat on the 4th of July 1994 at Catalina Island off the Southern California coast. They were married a year later. Their oldest son Spencer was born in July 1999 and they had the second son Samuel in February 2002. Derek has been working part-time in several churches for over 10 years as the college-age ministry pastor. In 2003 Derek, Nicholle, and the kids sold their house in San Clemente and moved to Chicago to attend Moody Bible Institute. In April of 2007 they moved back to southern Orange County to begin their new ministry with Creekside Bible Chapel.

Student Ministeries Pastor Steve Bolin

Biography Pastor Steve was married to Hope on July 29, 2005. They met while living with their families in Paradise California. Soon after getting married, they moved to Chicago Illinois where Steve was studying theology at Moody Bible Institute. His life long passion of working with students in ministry was realized soon after school when an opportunity arose to be part of a Church plant. They moved to Laguna Niguel in September 2007 and are loving all that God has called the to do in such a beautiful area.

Worship Director Janette Roenspie

Biography Janette Roenspie was born and raised in CA and has lived in So Orange County for 18 years. She and Joe were married in April of 2000 and live in San Clemente with their 2 children Nate and Hannah. Janette started singing in church at the age of 5. It has remained a part of her life since. Although having grown up in church she didn’t truly come to Christ until 1992. Soon after, church choir once again became a part of her life. She started leading worship for The Bridge recovery ministry in Capo Beach in 1995. In August of 2002 she left the Bridge to serve in a small plant church where she met and served on a worship team with Glen Lystne. Glen and Janette currently lead together at the Bridge recovery ministry as well as filling in at other churches when called. In October 2009 God led them to fill in at Creekside Bible Chapel…and they stayed…
